“I find you, DeeDee!” shouts my three-year-old granddaughter, Elena. We laugh, collapse on the sofa, and hug.
She asks me to hide, seeks me, and sometimes knocks on the playhouse door to find me. Jesus told us to do the same thing with our requests. God promises he will be found if we seek him with all our hearts. The Holy Spirit gives wisdom on how to seek as we don’t know the depths of our hearts.
If I let my granddaughter find me, how much more will our God find us?
